Today’s Mantra 11-1-26

Today’s mantra is: “You were given an extra hour. Spend it like it’s sacred, because it is.”

The clocks fell back this morning and handed you sixty minutes you didn’t have yesterday. You could spend them scrolling, or you could spend them like the small gift they are — resting, calling someone, sitting in the early dark with a warm cup. Unearned time is grace. Don’t fritter away grace.
