United Church of Cannabis

No walls, no collection plate, no dress code.

We are the United Church of Cannabis — an online congregation for the curious, the kind, and the chronically overextended. There’s no building to find, no service to be late for, and nobody keeping track of how long it’s been since you last showed up. If you’re here, you’re already in the pew.

What we’re about

We hold that the sacred doesn’t only live in cathedrals and old books — it also lives in a slow afternoon, an honest exhale, and the quiet moment where you finally let your shoulders down. Cannabis, for those who choose it, has long been a companion to reflection, rest, and wonder. We treat that with respect rather than a wink. But you don’t have to partake to belong here. Presence is the only requirement, and even that we hold loosely.

We’re not here to convert anyone, sell anyone anything, or tell anyone how to live. We’re here to keep a light on.

What you’ll find here

A Daily Mantra — one small thought to carry into your day, published every morning. Sunday Sermons from Father 420, which are less about rules and more about noticing. And a congregation of people who believe that gentleness is a spiritual practice and that everyone deserves a place to simply be enough.

Who’s welcome

Everyone. The devout and the doubtful. The seasoned and the curious. People of every faith and no faith at all. If you’ve ever felt too tired, too skeptical, or too ordinary for a “church,” this one was built with you in mind.

How to take part

Read along. Sign the congregation roll if it moves you. And if the work here has given you something and you’d like to give a little back, you’re always welcome to offer a gift — though nothing here is ever behind a gate.

That’s the whole sermon, really: come as you are, stay as long as you like, and be kind on the way out.

All are welcome. All are enough. Pass the peace.
Amen — and welcome home. — Father 420
